As a face mask:

1. Mix 1–2 teaspoons of clay with water or rose water to make a paste.
   
2. Apply to cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area.
   
3. Leave on for 5–10 minutes (not until completely dry).
   
4. Rinse off with lukewarm water.
   

As a body wrap:

1. Mix a few tablespoons of clay with water.
   
2. Apply to damp skin.
   
3. Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
   
4. Rinse off in the shower.
   

As a natural shampoo:

1. Mix the clay with water until a smooth batter forms.
