Shipping Policy – Kenzwell

Delivery Times

Within the Nordic region: 1–7 business days
Outside the Nordic region: 2–15 business days

Please note that orders placed during weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.


Pre-orders

Pre-orders are usually delivered within 7–21 business days.
Certain products may, in exceptional cases, take longer than 21 days to deliver.

You have the right to cancel your order until we have purchased the product from our supplier.
After that point, a handling fee will apply to refunds.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date the package is delivered.
Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 weeks after your return has been dropped off with the carrier and received by us.
Applies only to unopened products with the original seal intact.


Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., size changes):

Kenzwell covers the return shipping cost – including for pre-orders.

How an exchange works:

If the product is in stock:

  • Contact us via email

  • Return the product

  • Once we receive the return, we will send you the new size

If the product is not in stock:

  • Place a new order for the desired size

  • Return the previous product

  • Contact us beforehand to avoid unnecessary return fees
