Return Policy for Kenzwell
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened packages, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, in the same condition you received it, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain products are hygiene items, and once the seal is broken, the return right no longer applies.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Withdrawal Period within the EU
If goods are delivered within the EU, you are entitled—regardless of the above—to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing any specific reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
